At its core, it is about developing a deep reverence and pure love for your body temple as it houses your mind and conscious spirit. In this way yoga is a beautiful practice for those who suffer from low self-esteem, anxiety and depression as it slowly and lovingly allows a holistic way to heal these emotions from the inside out.
Join Birch Yoga resident and sound healer Molly Chinner for a special workshop on world kindness day to help you realise and celebrate the amazing YOU on and off the mat.
This is a workshop for all abilities, shapes and sizes – allowing you a gentle space to explore your inner world and balance the energy of the heart chakra, building the foundations of a self-care practice to nurture your self-love and practice compassion in action.
We will finish with a long and restorative savasana set to the crystalline tones of alchemy singing bowls.
