Tuesday (10th) – 9.15am (This class is 30 minutes long)

Wednesdays – 7.30am

Sunday – 10.30am

This 45-minute intensive circuit class is a full body, high-intensity workout focusing on endurance, strength, and flexibility. With little rest between stations, you’ll improve overall fitness and leave the room fired up and ready to go.
