Our food and drink 

Two restaurants and three bars await.

Menus for both our signature restaurant, Elodie, and our all-day dining affair Vervain, will be opened by Michelin Starred chef, Lee Westcott.

Known to the public from appearances on Masterchef, Great British Menu and Saturday Kitchen and for his leadership of Pensons and Typing Room, his next venture will take cues from the estate’s major rewilding project, using the surrounding 200 acres.

Every 1 of our 200 acres is used to grow our own food and sustain livestock for our kitchen.

Opening at the end of April 2023, Elodie is our signature restaurant for something a bit special.

This is an evening dining affair with space to spare. And in the warmer months, sip an outdoor aperitif or savour al-fresco dining on the large terrace overlooking the lawn.

Anyone can book a table (i.e. you don’t have to be a member or staying with us).









Our all-day dining British brasserie, Vervain (open to members and overnight-guests only) is in the heart of the mansion house. Food here is super seasonal, super tasty, and super duper.

Three bars offer three different moods (we also have a private room). Dark glossy glamour meets intimate hideaways to create an ideal setting for grown-up conversations and celebrations.
