Journaling & Hatha Yoga | Unlock your creativity for the year ahead


Join Katie, one of Birch’s resident yogis, to unlock your creativity! During this workshop you’ll learn and practice a variety of journaling techniques that will allow you to reflect, break down mental blocks and express your deepest creative urges. After a short writing exercise, you’ll be guided through a heart-opening yoga practice, followed by a chance to try some simple journaling techniques that you can bring into your everyday life. We’ll conclude with a nourishing and reflective guided meditation to consolidate our learning. No experience of journaling or yoga is needed – bring an open heart and an enquiring mind!
