Get Your Feet Up
Saturday – (22nd) 9.30am
90 minutes of fun upside down. Learn the fundamentals of yoga inversions and arm balances as you find your wings and take flight. You will learn the basics of headstand, forearm stand, handstand, crow pose variations and flying lizard variations.
*Some level of physical fitness required. Participants need to be able to hold a plank and downward dog for 2 minutes. Prepare to get sweaty, but have a good laugh!
