Fresh daily bread is an essential ingredient at Birch. In this hour-long masterclass you’ll learn to make focaccia bread from start to finish under the guidance of Italian pastry chef and baker Vittoria Veltri.
Need to know:
1) This is an introductory level class into how to bake focaccia bread.
2) You will be able to bake and eat/take away your own loaf at the end of the class.
