Explore: The Beauty Way: SiStar Sound & Cacao Circle

The Beauty Way is derived from the Navajo word for the concept of living in a holistic environment of Beauty, Balance, Harmony, and Well-Being.

The Beauty Way is to be aware and attuned to the essence of Beauty, not to particular forms or superficial aesthetics. The Beauty Way cultivates the skillful means of awareness, intention, community, spiritual practice, and ceremony. These nourish and support us as we walk this path together.

Walking the Beauty Way is the action of living harmoniously with all of life as it is unfolding; to live in harmony with the divine, with the natural world, with our own self, with our loved ones, and with our communities.

Now more than ever we are called to come together in circle and share our joys & sorrows in order to heal & help create a new world. So much has been shifting lately, and we are not always given the space to unfold and transform in our own sacred way as women. It’s a safe space where all is welcome. Our Birch resident teacher Mel Lowe Fismer has been doing this work for the past 16 years. She draws wisdom from her own experiences as a women walking the beauty way.

You will be guided through an embodied movement practice drawing on elements of Mel’s shakti dance© practices, traditional sharing circle, cacao and rounded off beautifully with an immersive sound healing experience of planetary gongs, alchemy crystal sound bowls, ocean drums, koshi chimes and many other shamanic tones.
