Sit back, relax and allow yourself to breathe. Treat yourself to a moment of deep relaxation with this session aiming to release all tensions, stress, held emotion, calming the mind and the body.
Virginie will take you through a deep and peaceful journey with a beautifully-crafted restful sequence of breathwork, gentle movements and reiki energy healing mixed with diverse tools to awaken your senses including sound & essential oils.
Your sense of wellbeing will be re-energise and you’ll feel balanced and whole once again.
