Given recent months, Robin Gill – who’s in charge of all our food and drink – has created numerous new ways for you to feast on food.

To make sure Birch is safe and social, we’re going big on garden feasts, laid-back picnics, and fizzing drinks trolleys.

There’ll be BBQs run by us, or DIY ones ready for you.

Valeries

Valeries is a casual all-day grab-and-go restaurant developed by Robin Gill. It offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for you to take out and enjoy in the Birch grounds. Meat and fish are cooked on the grill. Pizzas are baked in the wood-fired oven.

Looking for something a bit special? Hide out in The Gun Room for dinner – a private area that seats 8. You can book through our Events team.

Our Bars

Sip water or wine inside either the Links Bar, Frick Bar, or Spitz Bar. Or head outside for a drink under the stars in the garden.

Drop past the Juice Bar for a fresh juice made from our farm’s produce, a smoothie, a housemade kombucha or a refuel bar.

Wine

Interactive Bakery

Our Interactive Bakery produces fresh bread and pastries for the whole site. Regular baking classes take place here, and you can also pick up a grab-and-go breakfast.

The Store

The Store offers speciality coffee and tea, sandwiches, salads, and pastries throughout the day. You can also buy Birch-made produce – from our charcuterie to our vegetables.
