Don’t Get It Twisted: Yoga for Respiratory & Immune Health

Yoga is a key component in reducing stress and inflammation in the body. In this 60 minute workshop, we will twist and spiral around the mat using a blissful barrier of breath, body and movement to stimulate our immune system and assist our natural ability to fight inflammation.
