Book into one of our four NYE feasts (see below), dance the night away, sleep over, then enjoy all the buzz and best bits of New Year’s Day with brunches, workshops and workouts.
The Mood
A bash so big it’s practically a celestial event. Neon lights painting the walls with colours that would make a rainbow jealous. Disco balls doing the cha-cha-cha from the ceiling. And DJs unleashing musical roller coasters.
The Food
Both Valeries and The Zebra Riding Club will be serving up the goods, you just need to choose what time you wanna feast.
Valeries has two sittings. One at 5pm and one at 8pm. Same tasty three-course menu (see here for adults or here for kids).
The Zebra Riding Club has two sittings. A family-friendly one at 6pm and an adults-only one at 8pm. The same four-course seasonal showcase runs at both sittings (see here for adults or here for kids).
The Entertainment
Get this party started
Music starts at 3pm and runs through to 2am, with mixes that span generations and genres. The official NYE party starts at 8pm in The Hub. This is an adults-only affair.
DJs
Charlie Powell starts us off, Beyond Chicago warms us up, and Gem Precious and Gospeloke are our special guests finishing us off.
Bringing the kids?
From 7.30pm-12.30am, 3-12 yr olds, join the Slumber Party & those 13-17 yr olds have their own Lounge. Children under 2, Mortimer Nannies can help. Contact (07793 502 483).

The only way to be at Birch (Cheshunt) come NYE is to book a stay. Something you can do right here, right now.
When you go to book you can pick which feast you want to join. The bedroom price you see includes your feast on NYE.
New Year’s Day
After the feast comes the fun. Come together. Reminisce. Sip Bloody Mary’s. A lot of Bloody Mary’s.
On New Year’s Day we’ll have a range of events and exciting plans to keep the good times rolling.
