As part of our farm-to-fork philosophy at Birch we do ethically rear livestock for our kitchens. At Birch we encourage discussion around the reality of eating meat. Many animals are reared in concerning conditions. We raise happy animals. We raise animals that support our ecology. We are creating ecology that supports our animals.

Join us to meet and feed our prized animals and find out more. This session is great for adults and children alike, although all children must be accompanied by an adult parent/guardian.
