Throughout December we’re planning festive feasts, wondrous workshops, and colourful celebrations. Lights, carolling, action…
What to expect
Come for a chilly dip in the Lido, say Merry Crimbo to the animals, or just crack on with our welcome drink of fizz.
The decorations will be glittering and glowing. The tunes will be loud and proud. And you’ll feel more Christmassy than a carol singer wearing a Rudolph jumper.
Make merry
Christmas Day lunch is sorted and plain sailing with Birch (Cheshunt).
On December 25th we’ll open for two lunch sittings. One at 12.30pm. One at 2.30pm. £110 for an adult, £55 for a child.
Lunch at The Zebra Riding Club
A joyous six-course feast awaits at The Zebra Riding Club, with a seasonal menu that packs all the trimmings and punches with a few Santa-approved surprises.
Wood-oven roast goose or salt-baked celeriac is the main event, with snacks and sides pre and post. A wine pairing will guide you through, while Christmas pudding (the good kind) and mince pies will finish you off.
Important info
Come Christmas Day, Birch (Cheshunt) is only open to those who’ve booked in for lunch.
We’ll open at 12.30pm for our first lunch sitting and close at 5pm. You won’t be able to stay the night (overnight stays start again on 27th December).
Lunch is £110 for an adult and £55 for a child. A wine pairing is available for £45 per person.

When you book your stay you can choose between Birch (Cheshunt) or Birch (Selsdon) for a night to remember.
Booking a stay will be first come first served and the only way to be at Birch come NYE.
