Elevenses, chá da manhã, morning tea bakes at Birch. Pull up a chair and pour yourself a tea, let’s learn to make Pastel de natas. A crisp, slightly salty pastry with a molten, spiced filling: these custard tarts are a Portuguese classic for a good reason. Learn, eat, and leave with six tarts to take home (if they make it that far). Tea and coffee is on us.
