Candlelight Yin: Restore & Sleep

Rest deeply with our extended, 90-minute Yin workshop. Yin Yoga is a wonderful tonic to the speed and busyness of everyday life. Involving floor-based postures held for some minutes, we work mindfully and gently to open and slowly release the body’s connective tissue, giving the muscles – and the mind – complete permission to let go and find stillness. Finishing with an extended Yoga Nidra, you will be guided into complete stillness, aided by the blissful flickering of candlelight.
