Birch Talks: Mindful Optimism with Simone Topel
Wednesday 3rd November: 6pm
(1 hour long)
In this talk, you’ll learn the truth of what optimism (really) is and how we can approach it in a mindful and productive way.
You’ll have the opportunity to identify where in your life you may fall into the trap of pessimism, and through stories you’ll learn the methodology of a life coach that you can apply to your own life.
This talk is for anyone interested in learning more about themselves, what draws us to “negative” thinking and how we can become more mindful optimists.
Join us for a complimentary drink and snack afterwards.
