Sunday – (19th & 26th September) 12.15pm | (4th October) 1.15pm

This outdoor, 45-minute circuit class is a full body and high-intensity workout. It focuses on endurance, strength, and flexibility. With little rest between stations, you’ll improve overall fitness and leave ready for the day ahead.
