Fun and feelgood belly dancing, combined with an amazing core workout!
Learn to shimmy, flow and reconnect with your body, leaving you mentally and physically energised. Discover the beautiful art form of belly dance, and dance to a wide range of music while toning your core muscles.
No dance experience necessary, suitable for all ages, body types and fitness levels. Wear comfortable clothes (you don’t have to show your belly!), bare feet or flat shoes, and you may like to tie a scarf round your hips to accentuate the movements.
