Rest is an essential part of productivity, health, happiness and success. So why do many of us find it so hard to prioritise rest?

In this workshop you’ll be invited to rethink your relationship to rest. Using coaching techniques, we’ll unpack some of the stereotypes and assumptions we each have around the value of rest. We’ll look at the 7 different types of rest and consider where and how we can all inject a little more rest into our routines.

The workshop will conclude with a relaxing beginner-friendly meditation.
