The Zen Den: Breathe, Stretch & Meditate

By taking the time to stretch our body we feel nourished and supported. When we consciously breathe we energise and calm the body equally. When we meditate we give our mind time to relax and escape from the noise of everyday life. In this workshop you will be guided through a series of stretches, breathwork and meditation, giving yourself the gift of restoration and permission to do nothing.
