Move, Create & Savour (Day Retreat)

Saturday 26th February: 9am – 5pm

A day designed to refresh and rejuvenate you from the inside out. Spending time connecting with ourselves, one another and with our creative souls – leaving you feeling nourished, calm and content as you step joyfully back into the world.

You will be guided through an energising, morning yoga practice, nourish yourself with a delicious plant-based lunch, ignite your creative soul with a guided dried flower harvest, dry and forage workshop and recharge your batteries with afternoon relaxation & Sound Bath. We will close the day by the fire with wholesome treats.

This retreat is suitable for all abilities, genders, shapes, sizes and ages! Yoga is suitable for all people and lots of options will be given.

 

PROGRAMME

09:00 – Arrival, greeting & welcome circle

09:30 – 10:30 – Morning vinyasa practice with Molly Chinner
This practice will be an energising and warming vinyasa practice designed to suit all abilities and take you deeper into the mind, body and breath. Bring any props or aids you might need for a comfortable practice.

11:00 – 13:00 Spring Harvest with Claire of Florette flowers
Claire of Florette flowers will teach you how to harvest, dry and forage your own flowers. She will then equip you with the techniques you need to create your own everlasting bouquet, using a beautiful selection of dried flowers, foliages and grasses. You will learn about texture, colour and shape whilst being encouraged to mindfully lean into the nourishing side of flower arranging and how nature can nurture.

13:00 – 14:00 Wholesome, plant-based sharing plates lunch

14:30 – 16:00 Relaxation & Sound Bath – Molly Chinner
Drift off to the soothing sounds of crystal bowls to finish our day together. You will be guided through a gentle full-body relaxation, releasing unwanted tension and stress to leave you feeling utterly peaceful and ready to receive healing vibrations. You will then receive a cleansing sound bath, guided by the sounds of gongs, chimes, singing bowls and voice to allow you to fully let go and restore.

16:00 – 17:00 Tasty treats by the fire

Molly Chinner
A yoga, meditation and sound practitioner based in London. With a deep love of ritual and creating magical moments, Molly’s classes are soulful, playful and creative, exploring the union of body, mind and breath by guiding awareness deeper within. Drawing from her curiosity of the traditional energetic and elemental systems inspired by her study with teachers Shiva Rae, Tara Judelle, Talia Sutra and Meghan Currie, alongside her lifelong exploration into music, sound and vibrational healing, expect beauty, nourishment and lots of blissful tones.
