To heal and thrive, we need to address our well-being physically, emotionally and spiritually. This one hour session allows you an insight into how acupuncture works and will engage your parasympathetic system, increasing serotonin, reducing cortisol while releasing endorphins to allow you to fully relax, regenerate and promote wellbeing.
Acupuncture is a holistic medicine, believing the mental, emotional and physical are inextricably linked. It involves the gentle insertion of very fine, single use sterile needles into specific points on the body. This stimulates the nervous system, activating the body’s capacity to regulate and heal itself, promoting physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
Claire will support the group with guided mindful meditation as she individually inserts the needles. All you need to do is relax into your mat, supported by the warmth of blankets and allow the magic of needles to unfold.
