An opportunity to experience inner focus and detox from daily distractions as we guide you through a series of deeply relaxing meditations. Together we will explore different methods for creating a state of inner peace wherever you are and practical ways to integrate more mindfulness into your daily life.
Guided by We Are Formless co-founders Marina South and Rebecca Moore. Benefits of meditation include concentration, decreased stress and anxiety, expansion of self-awareness, improved emotional balance and mental health.
