Nathalie will guide you through a series of face yoga exercises and poses to lift and tone the muscles in the face and neck. She teaches you how to lift and sculpt your face with stimulating massage techniques that will boost circulation, improve lymphatic drainage and give you an instant visible face lift.

Throughout this workshop you learn various methods to soften and relax your facial muscles which will help alleviate tension and stress. This experience of holistic self-care takes place in a beautiful calming environment which will leave you feeling restored and radiant.

The workshop includes printouts and face oil. Please arrive with a clean face and open necked top.
