17th/18th/19th June (Stay + Weekend ticket)
Saturday 18th June (Day ticket)
WHAT IS BIRCH ARISING?
This is a weekend to bring people together. Celebrate, hang out, feast, dance, smile.
Book a room at Birch and you can arrive Friday afternoon. Leave Monday morning. And enjoy a three-day curated outdoor adventure of live music and DJs, fun and creativity, incredible chefs and producers, and restorative wellness experiences.
This is a weekend to savour in the comfort of one of our 140 ensuite bedrooms (no small tents or inflatable mattresses in sight).
That said, if you want to just come for the day then a limited number of day tickets are available for Saturday 18th. This is the big day of Birch Arising and the centre of our show.
Need to know:
When is Birch Arising?
17th / 18th / 19th June
Staying for the weekend?
Check in from 3pm on Friday 17th and check out by 11am on Monday 20th.
Coming for the day?
Join from 11am-11pm on Saturday 18th (adult ticket holders purchased by a members can stay on site till 2am).
How do I get there?
Catch a train from London Liverpool Street station to Cheshunt station. It’s then a 5-10 minute taxi or Uber from the station to us (trains run on average very 15mins and the last train back to London is just before midnight). If you’re getting an Uber, book it around 5-10 minutes before you arrive at Cheshunt station and it should get there when you do. The whole trip should take 30-40 minutes. Our postcode is EN7 5HW. Our what3words is ///handle.silk.comet.
Who can attend the event?
Anyone, but you have to purchase a ticket. If you book a room for the weekend, your ticket will be included in the package.
Are families welcome?
100%. We’ve lined up dedicated areas and brilliant childcare. Spaces are limited though, so best to book fast.
Are dogs welcome?
Yes, but only if you’re staying with us for the weekend. Due to the style of the occasion, unfortunately we can’t allow four-legged day visitors this time.
What’s included in the Saturday day ticket?
Everyone: You’ll enjoy the main stage entertainment (live music and DJs), access to the family area and bookable childcare, the opportunity to book on to feasts, wellness sessions and creative workshops.
Members & Weekend Stay guests only: All of the above, but with additional access to the Lido and The Hub (which include DJ sessions, bars and food outlets, and hang out spaces).
FYI – Lido entry is on a first-come, first-serve basis and is only for members and member friends. You’ll need your membership card to enter. Kids won’t be able to be at the Lido after 3pm as it will be an adult-only area.
Why get a weekend ticket over a day ticket?
There’s a helluva lot more music, dancing, fun and games on Friday and Sunday to enjoy. You’ll obviously get your own room to stay in for three nights and, if you’re coming with children, will get complimentary childcare on Friday (6-10pm) and Saturday (6:30-11pm) nights.
As a member, can I buy a ticket for a friend who is not a member?
Yes, but a Birch member can only purchase a total of up to 6 adult tickets and 8 youth tickets. This allocation needs to include the member who is purchasing tickets.
I am a Birch member, but my friends are not members and have General Sale tickets. Can I get them access to members-only areas (Lido & The Hub late night)?
No. Unfortunately these spaces are only available for members and hotel guests.
Does the ticket include food and drink and workshops/experiences?
No. All food and drink purchases are in addition and made at the outlets. Some workshops and experiences will be free to attend and some have an additional cost. Please keep an eye on our emails as experiences will be available to pre-purchase as well as purchase on the day, although (as ever) everything is subject to availability.
Can I bring in my own food and drink?
No. There will be a wide variety of refreshments all day long from our bars, restaurants, and outlets which can cater to all major dietary requirements.
We encourage attendees to bring their own reusable water bottle, and there will be multiple water refilling stations around the site.
I am a parent with young children and I need to bring suitable child food/milk/otherwise with me, is this OK?
Yes. This is absolutely fine.
When is the Lido open?
3pm-7pm: adult in-house guests, no kids.
9am – 3pm: adult and child in-house guests / adult and child day ticket holders with member wristbands.

I need special assistance, will this be possible?

I have lost my bank card and my phone has died. Can I use cash at Birch Arising?
