This workshop will have you taking off the stripping off the stress of the week so you can immerse yourself into the Birch way for wellbeing.
Hosted by Master Oxygen Advantage coach Daniela Rubino who will outline the science behind the breath and anxiety/stress. She will guide through a deeply restorative practice combined with breathing exercises to teach you how to breath optimally to efficiently oxygenate the body thus regaining mental clarity and calmness.
