The Zen Den: Self Care Sunday

Sunday 13th March: 4pm

An afternoon full of pampering, self-care and delicious treats. We will begin with a talk and workshop by our resident Face Yoga expert Natalie Barron who will guide you through a series of face yoga exercises and poses to lift and tone the muscles in the face and neck. You will learn how to lift and sculpt your face with stimulating massage techniques that will boost circulation, improve lymphatic drainage and give you an instant visible face lift. These methods help to soften and relax your facial muscles which will help alleviate tension, stress and will leave you feeling restored and radiant.

You’ll then be guided by Molly Chinner through a gentle and restorative movement sequence, infused with a rejuvenating breathwork practice in order to prepare for total rest and relaxation. We will close with a dreamy and cosmic sound bath. You will be guided into deep rest with the sound of gongs, crystal bowls, chimes and singing bowls. Get snuggled up and allow yourself to completely restore.
