Come and take a walk on the wild side! Explore the herbs of Birch that can support your health and wellbeing. The Comfrey also known as knitbone, a wonderful bruise ointment and connective tissue restorative so any aches and pains will be relieved to meet this one, the common Daisy, weed in the grass, this little flower has respiratory and immune system healing held within the tiny petals, the stinging nettles packed with minerals and blood boosting iron or the lime blossoms that can relax our hearts and help us take life that little bit more chilled!
Come along and connect with the plants all around us.
Kazz is a clinical herbalist and forager of over 20 years with a love and interest in the so-called witching herbs of old, our native psychotropics her second book on this very subject is out this Autumn. Her first publication The Sensory Herbal Handbook, is a journey through the year, exploring herbs for each season. She is passionately potty about plants and loves to create fun and enlivening talks and workshops aiding to connect people to herbalism.
